Driver Walk Round Inspection

The daily Driver Walk Round Inspection is a vital component in determining road worthiness to meet the regulatory requirements of VOSA. This inspection includes basic items such as tyres, windscreen wipers, lights and indicators together with any physical damage to the visible physical components and bodywork of the vehicle.

The use of a mobile data terminal to collect this inspection data allows its automatic upload and integration back into the MAN Document Management Database so that necessary repairs or maintenance can be automatically scheduled. It forms additional input for the mandatory 6 week service inspection.
